Currently serving in the Marine Corps Reserves, with 8 years of experience as a squad leader and combat instructor for Marines and foreign partner militaries, Ditchfield has been recognized by his command as “an essential leader” and “peerless in his grade for overall reliability, performance, and personal conduct”. His leadership education began in childhood with the Civil Air Patrol, where he achieved the rank of Cadet Captain. Ditchfield prioritizes servant leadership and mission-before-self to ensure his team is always ready and exceeds client expectations.

Ditchfield recently graduated top of his class at the Executive Security International Spring 2022 Executive Protection Course, and brings his military experience and data-driven approach to private security and protection. As the overseer of Leftwich Global’s Central Virginia operations and recruiting, he curates a team of experienced security professionals who meet the company’s high standards and share our core values.
