The security industry has undergone significant transformation due to billion-dollar acquisitions, resulting in the frequent reorganization and restructuring of teams and departments. As a consequence, protectees often feel neglected, abandoned, and underserved by these corporations.
We have implemented a Distributed Operations philosophy and methodology as the most effective means of addressing this problem.
